Our testing services are only available within the United States, excluding New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Hawaii
due to regulations.
All testing results, clinical communication, retesting, and custom nutrition purchases are conducted via our HIPAA-secure Practice Better portal at https://abd.practicebetter.io
3. Subscriptions
We offer product subscriptions at a discounted rate. These subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
4. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe and Square.
We do not accept PayPal at this time.
We also accept HSA/FSA cards for eligible purchases.
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
5. Refunds and Returns
A. Physical Products (Standard)

C. Testing Services
Refundable within 30 days only if the test kits have not been mailed or usedOnce any part of the test has been processed or submitted, the purchase is non-refundable

We respect your privacy. On our shop site, we collect: Name, address, payment information, and order details
In our secure portal, we additionally collect: Health history and clinical data
All data shared via the portal is stored and transmitted securely in compliance with HIPAA standards.
7. Medical Disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
